Doorstep delivery via Qxpress which takes approximately 2 working days. A tracking number will be included in an email sent to you once your order is dispatched.

Returns / Exchange
As we’re unable to accept returns for coffee or any other perishable products, if you’re unhappy with your purchase please let us know and we’ll try to help you the best way possible.
In the event that an item is faulty due to manufacturing defects, contact us with your order number and the condition of the item. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement, refund or to discuss other viable alternatives.
