Las Lajas, Costa Rica

This coffee is processed by the Chacon family at their farm, with close attention paid to drying and cherry selection. The cherries was first dried in the sun for 10 days, before resting in the shade for 8 days. Thereafter, it was brought to greenhouse patio for a further drying of 15 days.
