Finca Bet-el is located in Valle del Cauca, north of Cali around 1600masl. This is the second coffee we have from the same farm, this time being a washed Castillo. We've roasted this as a medium light espresso, with ripe red fruit expressions like grapes and plums and a sweet finish. It also works well as a full-bodied pourover coffee!
